Orders are normally released to our fulfilment partner within 12–24 hours after payment confirmation. Allow 1–2 business days where payment, address or first-order verification is required.

No Express service or automatic free-shipping threshold is currently offered. The applicable option is confirmed for the delivery address at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated total delivery times, including normal processing, range from 2–4 business days for Hong Kong SAR to 8–16 business days for the United Arab Emirates. Typical estimates are 3–12 business days for Singapore, 5–9 for the United Kingdom, 6–12 for the United States, Australia and Ireland, 4–13 across Japan, New Zealand and supported European destinations, and 6–13 for Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees.

TRACKING
Shopify sends tracking to the checkout email when the fulfilment partner provides it. The first carrier scan can take additional time to appear. One order may arrive in separate parcels.

CUSTOMS AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS
Taxes or duties collected by Velora are shown at checkout. Where they are not collected, destination authorities or carriers may request payment, identification or tax information. Customers are responsible for lawful import requirements and charges not collected by Velora.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Check the delivery address before paying. Email support@veloraeveryday.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

DELAYS OR LOST PARCELS
If tracking has not updated for more than 30 days, contact support@veloraeveryday.com with the order number so we can investigate.
