VELORA TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to veloraeveryday.com and purchases from Velora, operated by DLO Projects Pty Ltd. By using the site or ordering, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Return & Refund policies.

USE OF THE STORE
You must be able to enter a binding contract and must not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, copy content without permission or use the service unlawfully.

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We aim to describe products, colours, dimensions and availability accurately, but screen and manufacturing variations may occur. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction or legal requirement. A paid cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, available currencies, shipping and applicable taxes are shown on the site or at checkout. You confirm that your payment information is accurate and authorised.

FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY
Third-party fulfilment partners and carriers may be used. Items may ship separately or originate outside your country. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address. Our Shipping Policy applies.

RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Velora name, site content, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to us. Personal shopping use is permitted; unauthorised commercial copying is not.

THIRD PARTIES AND LIABILITY
Shopify, payment processors, carriers and other third parties may support the service and have their own terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

LAW AND CHANGES
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth law, without removing mandatory consumer protections elsewhere. We may update them prospectively by posting a revised date.
