By using veloraeveryday.com or placing an order, you agree to the Terms of Service and the policies available through the store and checkout.

BEFORE ORDERING
Please review the product description, selected options, delivery address, price, shipping charge and estimated delivery information before payment.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction or legal requirement. A paid cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

DELIVERY
We use third-party fulfilment partners and carriers. Items may ship separately or originate outside your country. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in our terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
