TRACK YOUR ORDER

When your order ships, Shopify sends a confirmation email with the tracking link to the address used at checkout.

TRACKING TIMELINE
Tracking is normally added within 1-3 business days after fulfilment begins. The carrier may take additional time to display the first scan, so a new tracking number may not show movement immediately.

MULTIPLE PARCELS
Items in one order may be fulfilled separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive on different days.

NEED HELP?
If you cannot find your shipping confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder. If tracking has not updated for more than 30 days, email support@veloraeveryday.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
